Happy December! I suppose it’s time for an update, yeah? Well, we’re still in our sticks and bricks home, having been unsuccessful in selling the house during the fall. This just means the kids get to experience one last Minnesota winter, as can be seen today with our big snowfall (good thing we didn’t get rid of the kids’ snow pants!). We’ve officially been off the housing market since mid-November while we enjoy the holidays. We spent some quality time in Michigan with family for Thanksgiving, and are back home for Christmas. We figured that as much as we love seeing all of our personal memories and annual highlights represented in Christmas tree ornaments (as is our tradition), we’re not sure a prospective buyer wants to see them. We’re taking the time this year to really enjoy the ornaments and the memories, since there will be no 12′ tree in the RV. Don’t worry, we’re still going to bring some ornaments for a mini-tree, though! We plan to re-enter the housing market in January, so hopefully we can start the ball rolling to get us into our dream RV sooner rather than later!
