It’s been a while since I’ve posted because we’ve been having so much fun! We attended the Fulltime Families West Coast Reunion in Winterhaven, CA this past month. It was a week of hot sunshine (record setting temps up to 108°), crafts, pool time, and time spent with friends. A small group of us did exercise workouts on a regular basis (yes, we’re crazy for doing outdoor workouts in the 100+ temps). Kai and a few other kids came to join us throughout the week as well. The big kids also planned a race for Pokemon cards, which Kai won!

This event also included a mom’s night out. Instead of tattoos this time, we got piercings! I got second piercings on my earlobes and my helix (top of the ear). It’s always so much fun with these women, I am so grateful to have met them. Most of the rest of the time in Winterhaven was spent trying to avoid the heat. Kai and Reya enjoyed Minecraft and other video games with all the other kids. Another successful event in the books!
