We took a field trip down to Tillamook, Oregon! Considering we exclusively buy Tillamook cheese and ice cream, this was a fun trip to make. We got to walk through their tour stations to learn about their cheese making and packaging process. It was pretty interesting! We also got to try some cheese samples, which the kids enjoyed. Reya got to “feed a calf” which she absolutely loved and they all learned about milking a cow. After walking around the tour section we had lunch in their cafeteria, which ended with, you guessed it, ice cream! Overall this was a fun, quick experience that we would recommend.
