Oops, it’s been a while since my last update. Sorry! While we were at our homebase in Minnesota we spent two weekends down in the cities to visit family and friends. The first weekend we got to see extended family and enjoy their pool. Kai and Reya also got to try diamond art for the first time. Reya really enjoyed it and did great!

Back at the camper we enjoyed time on the lake with the lilypad. Reya also got her first big girl hair cut at a local salon. She did great and with her hair cut she looks so much older! We of course went out for celebratory Dairy Queen.

The second weekend we drove down to see friends and spend time on their pontoon on Lake Minnetonka. It was a beautiful day and we all had so much fun! Kai and our friend’s boys found a water snake that they had fun passing around. They also got to explore the island a bit before fishing and playing in the water. Reya opened her sand restaurant and we all got to order whatever we wanted! It was so great seeing friends and family that we haven’t seen in a long time. We’re already looking forward to next time!
